Old school Chinese restaurant

When I say old school, I don't mean king prawn and pork balls or even large spring rolls. The Honeymoon is firmly stuck in the past, presenting a bland menu and bland food and poor value for money. Frankly a rip-off and the service is hardly anything to write home about. The consistency is poor, everytime you go to the Honeymoon, the food is different and not for the better. You might as well go to Marks & Spencer for a ready meal from their Chinese range. It makes you think why Britishers still come here when there are so many better restaurants and some doing something positively different. On the latter point, I don't mean a few Thai and Malay dishes to add sparkle. Britishers are increasingly savvy about their food, so it is time to move on.
