| The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the waiting staff were very helpful and accommodating. Starters were very enjoyable. However 4 of the main meals were cold, and had to be sent back. One T-Bone was dry, overcooked (asked for medium rare) and also came cold. Management were politely informed - and asked for a refund on that one meal. It takes allot for me to complain about food (usually i just sit there and eat whats given) Complete shock and amazement when whole party was asked to leave mid meal - for daring to complain - Very Poor customer service by the owner/manager - and what started as a joint anniversary and birthday celebration ended in farce. There are much better places to eat in Torbay - ONE TO AVOID!!!
