| A traditional style chinese restaurant. Expect to be greeted by the ebullient "Mr Tim" who is the manager and owner. Al of the usual dishes but raised above average by the presentation (crispy noodle bird nests) and by the non-MSG ruined rice and noodle dishes. The service is wonderful, especially if the waitress fancies you. I hired the private room out for my birthday which was fun. Beware the free cognac though, Mr Tim is quite generous and also gives the women an orchid after the meal (not a sexual term). Also, don;t throw lit objects out of the top window, if can cause alarm amongst the staff. Unfortunately, Mr Tim also likes to tell jokes....long, unfunny Chinese jokes, so practice your rictus grin.
