Don Lorenzo's, Main Street Blanchardstown Blanchardstown Dublin 15 EireMain Street Blanchardstown Blanchardstown Dublin 15 Eire Have eaten here quite a few times, at the weekend and during the week. On a Saturday night you would have to book but they can usually fit you in. The earlier you go, the less crowded it is. I had for starter suppli - breaded rice and melted cheese deep fried with a salad. N had the same. He went for a Don special pizza which for £7 had every topping you could think of and it was a 12"!! I had tagatelle which was a huge meal. The portions here are quite big so go when you are truly hungry! The house wine is your best bet becuase it is the most reasonable and at £9 a bottle it is one of the cheapest restaurants I know of. The whole meal for 2 starters, 2 meals and a bottle of wine was about £36.00 so its really reasonable for what you get. The waiting staff are very polite and the food is prompt at arriving at your table. N 2001 |
