Another Mexican chain in the Northwest U.S.A. We all love the atmosphere in Mexican restaurants very colorful and cheery, the air filled with that wonderful aroma of spicy food and happy music. This place was no exception. We had a bit of problem with our server who had very little English well I have very little Spanish so why should I complain? M had a combination dish of tamales, enchilada and taco all shredded beef with refried beans, and Mexican rice. I had the two enchiladas with rice and beans and got a tamale instead of one of the enchiladas. Well I ate it anyway. It's all pretty much standard Mexican fare but very tasty and they have a good selection of entrees like Mojo de Ajo which is shrimp or scallops sauteed with mushrooms in butter and garlic, or Pollo Fundido torilla, chicken, cream cheese, melted American cheese and quacamole to name a few. I always remember a friend visiting from the U.K. having Mexican food for the first time with all the sauces, beans and rice running into each other saying "what is this mess?" and then all you could hear was the sound of eating. This chain is a little higher priced than others. Nessie 2005
