Before i start i must say that this place does do reasonable food and it has a very good cocktail menu, perhaps if i had gone on another day, my comments would be glowing! But i didn't go on another day, and my comments are certainly not glowing!!! I have had bad waitresses before but it has to be said that this girl was the worst waitress ever! Now i took in account all possibilites first, was she new, was she just having a really bad day, but it appeared to me that she was just rude and slow! It took 20 minutes to place a drinks order, another 20 to place a food order, still without our drinks, food arrived in 10 but still no drinks!! The food was satisfactory, not amazing but still it was ok. If we had have been served properly and treated better, i think it would be a nice place to go, but that girl was just so nasty, as she took the plates away my patner saw her make a face behind my friends back, all because she asked for the dessert menu! When i finally had enough after waiting 25 minutes for her to come and collect the money, i went to the duty manager, who was very nice and told her what had happened. She was very apologetic and said that she would deal with the waitress,in front of me if i wished, but to be honest at that point, all i wanted was to go home. What was to be a nice mid week treat with friends turned out to be a really long and boring evening! And i won't be going back, just in case she happens to be there!!! Nikki31
